How Password Resets Works
Please type in the email associated with your account and click the Send Password Reset button.
If the system finds your email and your account is active, it will send you an email with a special link. Once you get the email, within the next five (5) minutes, click the link and follow the instructions.
For security reasosn our system will not confirm, on the screen, if your email was found and if your account is active. You will know it is if you get the email.
Important Note
All passwords are encrypted. This means that MSSNY can't email you your password, because we don't know it. All you can do is reset your password.
