Biological, Chemical and Nuclear Emergencies: A Physicians' Resource Manual
This manual is intended to be a guide for certain New York State Reportable diseases and/or conditions. The topics selected are considered to be potential bioterrorism threats by the Centers for Disease Control or are otherwise deemed to be at risk for terrorist use. The materials contained within the manual are meant to compliment the on-line educational modules.

One of the most devastating and pervasive results of 9/11 was the impact it had on mental health. The sheer magnitude of the event shattered the sense of safety and security for many. It is now evident that provided care following a major disaster requires that serious attentions to mental disorders. This reference card can be used in the field to the office setting.
